English: Tertrema acuta is a species of marine temnospondyls that belong to a group called Trematosauridae. Trematosauridae themselves are crocodile or gharial-like temnospondyls that lived during Triassic period. The reconstruction on the image is based on specimen PMU 24157. The shaded parts are the part of the skull that have been found.
