English: This figure shows two different networks and analysis of a system. In the traditional view, only the linear activations are considered as they cascade downward until TF is activated. In the Network Biology view, high-throughput experiments’ conclusions are considered, creating an unbiased network that accurately represents the feedback loops within the system. |
