Summary

Description

A U.S. Navy Martin P4M-1 Mercator (BuNo 122208) of Patrol Squadron 21 (VP-21) "Black Jacks" in flight in 1950. VP-21 flew the P4M-1 between June 1950 and February 1953.

122208 was later converted to a P4M-1Q. It was withdrawn in November 1956 and scrapped at Naval Air Station Norfolk.
