The location is Ocknell Plain, OS reference close to SU238123 may be the tree in the aerial photo view on Multimap. The tree was about 200 - 300 metres away from where we had been photographing ponies eating gorse. Lat / Lon location 50:54:40N (50.91119), 1:39:39W (-1.66073). The tree is a lone mature tree, surrounded by gorse scrub.
