Stalking Pete Doherty, still from the documentary Stalking Pete Docherty.
Rationale of fair use for Stalking Pete Doherty
[edit]The image is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (TreveXtalk 03:33, 13 December 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:
- The image is important to the article, providing an image of Max Carlish.
- The photo is a still at a lower resolution than the original film.
- As a still from a film, the photo is insignificant in relation to the size of the overall work and is therefore unlikely to affect the value of the original work in any way.
- There are no known free or public domain photographs of Carlish.
- This image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the original image in any way.
