English: Market Street, Manchester A Metrolink car calls at the platform outside Lewis's on Market Street while it is overtaken by a GMPTE bus destined for Bolton. In very early stages of Metrolink planning it was envisaged that Bolton would be served by the trams, by a branch from Radcliffe. But that never happened, and there are no plans now for Bolton to have a Metrolink service.
