Description An image of the information panel that is located on the northern side of Wellington's Rainbow Crossing. The crossing is at the intersection of Cuba Street and Dixon Street, Wellington, New Zealand. The crossing was launched on 10 October 2018 to honour the birthday of Carmen Rupe.
