DescriptionGo by Streetcar sign - Portland Oregon.jpg
The "Go by Streetcar" sign, in Portland, Oregon, is a large neon sign on the 2002-opened Streetcar Lofts condominiums, at N.W. 11th Avenue and Lovejoy Street in Portland's Pearl District. The 2001-opened original Portland Streetcar line passes by it, and so does the 2012-opened second streetcar line. The sign was inspired by the "Go by Train" neon sign that was installed in 1948 on the tower of Portland's Union Station (located a few blocks to the east).
