Español: En campo de zur (azul) una corona de oro de cinco puntas incrustada de piedras preciosas, una esmeralda al centro y dos rubies, uno a cada lado, colocada en jefe. En su mitad inferior cinco ondas de plata. Bordura de gules (rojo) con cadena de plata rota en sus extremos y de treinta eslabones. En su base dos machetes de plata cruzados con mangos de sables (negros). Al timbre corona mural de tres piezas de oro aclarada de azul y mazonada de sable. Adornado por dos palmas de oro, una a cada lado y en su base un volate azul con la inscripción de oro de: MUNICIPIO DE NAGUABO.
