DescriptionDedication Plaque in Pennsbury Village, Pennsylvania.jpg
English: The dedication plaque for a part of the borough of Pennsbury Village, Pennsylvania. This tiny municipality, consisting only of condo-style houses, was born from a dispute over proposed sewage treatment fees. It seceded from the surrounding Robinson Township. The plaque reads, in part "No man is wise enough to govern another, without that man’s consent.” Abraham Lincoln.
