For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Trostadt, Poltern von Bruchholz
ADN-ZB Schaar 13.2.1987 Bez. Suhl: "Forstarbeiter auf Zeit" sind gegenwärtig zahlreiche Genossenschaftsbauern des Bezirkes Suhl. Sie unterstützen die Forstarbeiter bei der Aufbereitung von Schadholz in den Thüringer Wäldern. Rücketraktoren schieben das Holz vor dem Abtransport zusammen. In den vergangenen fünf Jahren konnten durch die Hilfe der Bauern 135.000 Kubikmeter Holz von Wind- und Schneebrüchen aus den Forsten geholt werden. Derzeit sind über 50 Bauern aus sechs Genossenschaften des Territoriums in der 6.000 Hektar großen Oberförsterei Trostadt tätig. - siehe auch 1987-0213-1N - |
