Die nationale Kundgebung am Hermannsdenkmal

Am Sonntag, dem 1.9. fand auf der Grotenburg vor dem Standbild Hermann des Cheruskers eine vom Reichsausschuss für das deutsche Volksbegehren einberufene Kundgebung gegen die Kriegsschuldlüge und den Youngplan statt. Im Mittelpunkt der Veranstaltung, zu der etwa 10000 Personen erschienen waren, stand eine Rede Geheimrat [Alfred] Hugenbergs.

UBz: in der Mitte Geheimrat Dr. Hugenberg, rechts daneben Major a.D. Freiherr v. Landsberg, westfälischer Landesführer, Oberst a.D. v. Xylander, Freiherr v.d. Lippe, von rechts der zweite Major a.D. Wagner, Stahlhelm-Bundesführer.
