Description
English: Entrance and bay windows of the Essighaus (the “Vinegar house”) in Bremen (Germany). Largely destroyed by 1942 and 1944 air raids, these are the only parts remaining from this formerly precious Weser Renaissance building.
Deutsch: Portal und Utluchten (Erker) des Essighauses in Bremen. Durch Luftangriffe 1942 und 1944 weitestgehend zerstört, sind dies die einzigen erhaltenen Teile des ehemals prächtigen Weser Renaissance Baus.
The object shown is a protected cultural monument in the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen with the number 0832 registered with the State Office for Monument Preservation. → Datenbankeintrag
