English: Upload Wizard photos - of the - Municipal Library, Immaculate Conception College, Simbahan ng Balayan, the Immaculate Conception Parish Church of Balayan - en, Balayan, Batangas, Philippines. NCCA NATIONAL HERITAGE SITE. The first church was built of light materials in 1579. The Jesuits built a stone church in 1749 and was probably replaced by the present church that was built after 1753. The church is one of the few in the Philippines whose construction was supervised by Filipino priests - belongs to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lipa[1] Vicariate I: Vicariate of Saint Francis Xavier, Barangay 5, Centro, Town Proper, Jollibee, Rizal Monument, Andrés Bonifacio[2] monument, Dr. Galicano Apacible (June 25, 1864 – March 2, 1949) [3] at the Plaza, Park, beside McDonald's Heritage house, beside the Balayan Presidencia or Balayan Town Hall, Historic landmark, the Welcome Poblacion Balayan Arch, Balayan Multi-Purpose Covered Basketball Court, DILG office, Traffic management office, BSPCMA, Landbank, Barangay Gumamela, Barangay Gumamela park, along the Provincial, National, Maharlika or Pan-Philippine Highway towards the Town Proper of - Balayan, Batangas[4] (a first class municipality in the Province of Batangas, Philippines; 2010 Philippine Census of Population and Housing, a population of 81,805 people; politically subdivided into 48 barangays; incumbent officials Mayor – Emmanuel Salvador O. Fronda, Vice-Mayor – Joel T. Arada)[5] Coordinates: 13°59'2"N 120°44'45"E [6] geographical location: Batangas, Region 4, Philippines, Asia geographical coordinates: 13° 56' 25" North, 120° 44' 1" East). |
