English: Australian television programming can be understood as a number of feeds. :1: Network Feed. This is the basic program schedule common to all affiliate stations. :2: State Feed. State-specific programming, such as news and current affairs programs. :3: Local Feed. The local feed incorporates market-specific programming, such as advertisements. In the case of regional television, this is the level where local news bulletins and other local programming is added.
