English: Rank insignia of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (WPRA), here "Army commissar 1st Class" (equivalent: “Komandarm 1st rank” / from 1940 “General of the Army”, comparable to OF-9) Army from 1935 to 1942 – collar patch big: overcoat, collar patch small: jacket, sleeve insignia.
