Ernest Lorenzo Velasquez-Dee (born in Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines) known professionally as Enchong Dee is a Filipino actor, model, and champion swimmer. He is the younger brother of another Filipino actor model, AJ Dee. Enchong is currently part of ABS-CBN's Star Magic. He played the roles of Blue in the teen-oriented show Abt Ur Luv, Jojo on the soap opera Katorse and Jomari Buenavista on the series Tanging Yaman.

In 2007, he started acting and has appeared on “Sineserye”, “Komiks: Pedro Penduko at ang mga Engkantao”, “Abt Ur Luv” book 1 & 2, “My Girl” and “Your Song Presents: My Only Hope”, “Maruja”, Katorse, Tanging Yaman and Magkaribal.
Enchong is part of "Magic for a Cause Charity Fashion Show" that benefited victims of Typhoon Ketsana (Ondoy) and Parma (Pepeng).
