Dr. Mukat Lal Sharma is an Indian academic and expert in earthquake engineering. He is a Professor in the Department of Earthquake Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), with over 40 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy. Prof. Sharma has participated in global events across more than 35 countries.
