On 25 August 2021, a man shot four people dead in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.[1]

On 25 August 2021, a man used a pistol to shoot two police officers dead at an intersection in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.[1] He stole the officers' rifles and walked several hundred metres to the French embassy, where he killed another officer and security guard.[1] The gunman also injured six other people, before being shot dead by police.[1]
