Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Search engine

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

WikiProject Video games maintains Reliable Sources for Video Games, a Google Custom Search Engine that searches sites on the video games reliable sources list. A search using this engine is a good litmus test of whether a topic is covered in popular games press. (Other reliable sources may exist for video games.) The WikiProject also maintains Situational Sources for Video Games, a custom search engine for situational sources, also mirroring the WP:VG/S list. Both search engines were founded by the late Thomas Hibbs (User:Thibbs).

This page documents the current listed items inside the search. It may not be up to date with WP:VG/S.

For more information on the engine's history see User:Thibbs § Video game source work. For additions to the engine, see this page's history, which is updated in tandem with the custom search.
