I'm curious why your links are to articles yet there're under your username's space. I think what you want is the character #. I'll use your bottled water as example. Now you want is the article Bottled water but only the section on "Impact of bottled water". All you need to type is Bottled water#Impact of bottled water and the link will direct you towards the section instead of the beginning of the article. "No Wiki'ed" {{sections}}

Hello Orcasgirl. I just wanted to let you know that I put a "no wiki" markup on your subpage User:Orcasgirl/Orcas Island. Whenever this type of tag is placed on a page it automatically is categorized ina certain category, in this case Category:Articles needing sections. There is a backlog on this category which I am cleaning up, so it is one less page I have to look at. Feel free to add this template to any article that needs it (although you can always just section it up yourself, less work for me ;-) Thanks and if you have any questions just hit me up at my talk page.
