Notice

The article Havering Colleges has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unsourced merger. Individual colleges already have there own articles and New City College has an article on the group of colleges.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. noq (talk) 12:46, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Love Island

[edit]

Stop. The edit you are trying to impose on the Love Island (2015 TV series) page are improper and inappropriate for the following reasons:

  • Introductions of articles are there to summarise the body content of an article. That is why the lead discusses the wider criticism of the show, as it summarises the stand-alone "criticism" section of the article. The introductions of articles are not there to introduce new content or content that is not already in the body of an article; yet this is exactly what you are trying to do by adding this random pro-Love Island content to the introduction. If there was a section all about the amazing aspects of Love Island, then perhaps it would merit a summary in the intro. However, there is not, and so the inclusion of the content you are adding is not merited nor is it appropriate.
  • Secondly, you may not add content to an article, whether in the introduction or otherwise, that is referenced to depreciated tabloid sources. Please do not do this again.

For these reasons, I will continue to remove the content you are trying to force into the article if you add it in again. Done Us All Good (talk) 15:32, 2 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
