Unexplained reverts
Charles, I was surprised this morning to see that my contributions log shows that I reverted two of your minor edits on topics I know nothing about and would have no reason to look at, let alone revert. Please feel free to undo these changes; one appears to have occurred shortly after I quit editing last night, with the second occurring some 11 hours later, after I went to work. My best guess is that I have a security issue, which I will look into. I apologize for any inconvenience.

KSci (talk) 15:48, 3 October 2016 (UTC) Charles, I've reverted these changes myself, so you shouldn't need to do anything.
- (talk page watcher) KSci, have you tried changing your password? Class455 (talk) 16:44, 3 October 2016 (UTC)
- How strange. Perhaps the Russian government are now trying to destabilise Wikipedia by sowing dissention among us.(:Charles (talk) 16:52, 3 October 2016 (UTC)
Deleted Link
Hi,
I think it must be you that keeps deleting the link to my site : www.nottingham21.co.uk This is a private web site run as a hobby and has more that 3,600 photographs of Thew City of Nottingham. If you believe this is not an appropriate link, then please explain why. No other site has more indexed pictures of the city and I have been told by several institutions that it is a great resource for students. Please reply to nottingham21@btinternet.com. Regards, Ray. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.52.97.157 (talk) 23:34, 8 October 2016 (UTC)
- And I will continue to delete it as is is contrary to WP policy on external links.Charles (talk) 09:41, 9 October 2016 (UTC)
- And if Charles doesn't, I will. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 09:34, 17 October 2016 (UTC)
- BTW, I actually came here to thank you for reverting all the edits by IkbenFrank. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 09:38, 17 October 2016 (UTC)
- There is a long term, if low level, problem there.Charles (talk) 12:07, 17 October 2016 (UTC)
Hi,
I've amended the content and photos with data obtained from "Google Scholar" and reliable web source to clarify the detailed data about "decorticator"; once if anything unclear, please inform me. Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by 123Audrey (talk • contribs) 04:03, 18 January 2017 (UTC)
Worcester reverts
Hello Charles. I've added a note under your note on my talk page but I'm not sure whether it should go there or here - I'm very new to this as you can tell. Applechook (talk) 20:42, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
I've now restored the section that I edited to the version that existed before I made any edits.
- Another editor has removed it all anyway. Independent sources would be needed to reference such material, rather than a spam reference to the organisation's own site.Charles (talk) 13:25, 19 October 2016 (UTC)
Yet again....
Hi there, I completely do not understand why you have reverted my edit on [[Lothian Buses] twice now, I have read the WP:NOTGUIDE page and my edit wasnt a guide, it was simply inputting more information in the sections where information lacked, for example, Before my edit the -Park and Ride- Section did not make sense stating Edinburgh has a network of existing and proposed park & ride sites.[63] Lothian buses call at some of these sites:" and then the section ends, how does this make sense? I simply put in more information and I do not understand why you think that it is a guide.
Thank you

- I already explained that we do not include lists of routes in company articles. Any I see will be removed in line with policy. If you continue to edit war over it you will be blocked for disruptive editing.Charles (talk) 13:28, 23 October 2016 (UTC)
Buns and thanks
1959 is a long time ago. You can still get iced buns, but most buns are burger/hotdog buns or other types of bread buns that you slice in half and butter, etc. And iced buns are made with yeast, while muffins (not English muffins, American muffins) are a type of cake. So it wasn't just English-centric, it was wrong, at least in 2016! Doug Weller talk 11:37, 23 October 2016 (UTC)
- Oh I love iced buns although they are not good for me.:)Charles (talk) 13:30, 23 October 2016 (UTC)
