Gottfried Johannes Müller (10 April 1914 – 26 September 2009) was a German author and philanthropist[1] who founded an international Christian vegetarian orphanage, SALEM Children's Village. He had been a major in the German Luftwaffe during World War II.[2] He is credited also with designing the Kurdish national flag.[3][4]

He is the author of one German-language book, which has been published three (3) different times, in 1959, 2005/2006, and 2011, in German.[5]

Influence

He was an influential mind and funding source behind the Salem Village series of Christian vegetarian orphanages.[9][circular reference][10] He is credited also with designing the Kurdish national flag.[11][12]
