Maurizio Pochettino (Spanish pronunciation: [potʃeˈtino], Italian: [mauˈrittsjo poketˈtino]; born 1 January 2002) is a Spanish-born footballer who plays as a winger for Tottenham Hotspur Reserves and Academy.
Early life
[edit]Born in Barcelona, Spain, Pochettino began his youth career at Catalonian side Club Junior 1917 from Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona. He played for the youth side during the 2012–13 season.
Personal life
[edit]Pochettino is the son of Tottenham Hotspur manager and former player Mauricio Pochettino. His brother Sebastiano, six-years his senior, graduated from Southampton Solent University and is now working as 1st Team Sport Science Assistant at Tottenham.[1]
