At least a reference must be added to the Classical W-algebras section

[edit]

Currently this section consists of a single phrase, which is completely obscure. There is no way to tell from it what is a classical W-algebra since no W-algebras are mentioned in it. 109.172.129.12 (talk) 17:58, 25 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Clarification

[edit]

It is my understanding that W-algebras are associative algebras, but I am an outsider who is not aware of the theory so I am not sure. If this is the case then "a W-algebra is an algebra that..." in the first sentence of the article should be clarified to "a W-algebra is an associative algebra that...". Done. Thank you for the suggestion. Sylvain Ribault (talk) 19:48, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
