Viessmann is being acquired by US company Carrier

Someone already modified the intro paragraph saying they are owned by Carrier. Not sure if that is accurate yet. Maybe we should just have a sentency mentioning that the acquisition is pending?

Once it is done, would this article still belong in the German articles lists or should it need to be recategorized? 136.49.241.188 (talk) 17:50, 27 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
