Talk:List of video games featuring the Punisher
Move
[edit]I'm moving the information on the 2005 Punisher game to its own page, so that this page may deal with Punisher games in general. the new page is The Punisher (2005 video game)(Animedude 20:21, 28 October 2006 (UTC))
Another move=
[edit]I am moving this page in it's entirety to Punisher computer and video games to better follow the naming convention of Spider-Man computer and video games and Batman computer and video games (Animedude 20:38, 28 October 2006 (UTC))
Sup guys
[edit]Some of my comments, so you can think about it:
- 1. If there's an article about Fight Club, you don't talk about Fight Club.
- 2. If there's no article about Fight Club, you talk about Fight Club.
- 3. Apply to the article.
- 4. ???
- 5. PROFIT!
No, seriously.
The 1993 game has it's article (like the 2005 one), and the 1990 ones don't (and probably won't, as little known and forgetten). That's why you should have, for example, "Categories: 1990 video games", instead of (oncer again) "Categories: 1993 arcade games". And so on. (And where did you find anything 1994, I have just no idea - there's no 1994 even in the article.) Discuss or die. --HanzoHattori 20:55, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- now youre talking, its better this way if you dont call names, its uncivil, afterall, were both educated here right? in regard to the subject, yes, you/we can keep the The Punisher (arcade game), but bear in mind that a stub should be placed beneath the subject to indicate that if there's anyone out there who can expand the articel or know more anything about it, then he/she can do so, but if none, a merge template is placed above the article to indicate anyone can decide if it should be merged. now the problem here is when i viewed the Punisher computer and video games particularly the arcade/video section, it has the same "little content" as the The Punisher (arcade game), therefore, we cant just provide separate articles when theres a possibility of merging them. plus when a merge template is placed in an article, it opens an opportunity for civilized discussion to reach a consensus. what you just did of removing the template is article monopoly, you dont get to decide on your own, ask for people's opinions, we both dont want to end up being blocked on this useless editwar †Bloodpack† 21:09, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Thepunisher2.png
[edit]Image:Thepunisher2.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Image copyright problem with Image:Punisher game cover.jpg
[edit]The image Image:Punisher game cover.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.
The following images also have this problem:
