Since the focus of this article is surveillance of notable citizens by foreign five eyes agencies being shared with their home agencies, I think the table would be clearer if the surveillance agency and the citizenship were indicated in their own columns. The section titled "Notable groups under FVEY surveillance" has no sources. I couldn't find anything backing up the claim that a combination of the US CIA, Scientology, and the BND were spying on German HAM radio operators and torturing them.
If I don't see any sources in the next week, I'll delete the section.
