Chenla in 11th century?

[edit]

This article states that the Ly Dynasty had to fight against an alliance of Song China, the Champa Kingdoms, and Chenla early in it's existance. However, all historic evidence (see the Chenla and Khmer Empire articles) point to Chenla being overthrown in 802 AD and replaced by the Khmer Empire. This part of the article needs to be fixed, unless I'm missing some important information... Respectfully, Thomas Lessman (talk) 17:21, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Any info on the archaelogical discovery of the Thang Long citadel?

[edit]

In 1998, construction halted on a modern parliament building when the Thang Long citadel of 1009 AD was discovered.Sea888 (talk) 19:56, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do we have an article on this, or is there a vi:WP article about it? Badagnani (talk) 20:05, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Removed Confucianism from Religion

[edit]
So I removed the mention of Confucianism from the Religious section because it's not a religion. Most people mistake it as one because it ends in -ism and seems really similar to Buddhism but instead it's more of a philosophical ideology and was later reinstated to combat the "superstitious" ideologies of Taoism and Buddhism.

(Oh and I also added a link to Buddhism in Vietnam) — Preceding unsigned comment added by ArightWil (talkcontribs) 11:04, 26 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

1226

[edit]

Ly Chieu Hoang ceded the throne in January 10, 1226, so why the article say the dynasty ended in 1225? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:204:E37F:FFF1:1096:87F8:F81B:7101 (talk) 18:55, 22 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

"Vandalism"

[edit]

@Laska666:, what vandalism did Editorfree1011 add to this article? I've interacted with this person before and I can assure you that they're not a vandal. So what is supposedly vandalism from their part? --Donald Trung (talk) 19:07, 28 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
