Global viewpoint?
[edit]Is this article supposed to be about the propsed law in South Korea, or is it meant for cyber defamation laws in general? PC78 (talk) 13:50, 22 February 2009 (UTC)
In need of an update
[edit]The article pretty much only talks about South Korea and it is very outdated. The Democratic Party no longer exists and is not the opposition party anymore. As well, there are many unsourced parts of the article like the part about "settlement fee hunters." Freedom4U (talk) 03:46, 2 November 2020 (UTC)
