Saxatilia semicincta[2] or Crenicichla semicincta[1][3] is a species of cichlid native to South America.[1][2][3] It is found in the Amazon River basin, specifically in the Madre de Dios River and in the Mamoré River drainages in Peru and Bolivia.[1][2][3] This species reaches a standard length of 17.1 cm (6.7 in).[3]
