Dr. Sarra Lajnef OLY (born September 5, 1989, in Tunisia) is a retired swimmer who has represented Tunisia and United Arab Emirates at international level. She has also competed in rowing.

At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, she competed in the women's 200 metre breaststroke, finishing in 31st place in the heats.

Lajnef has won medals in several editions of the FINA World Masters Championships, African Games and Arab Games.[1][2]

Lajnef won medals at the UAE Rowing Championships in 2018.[3]
