In 1981 Dr. Jan R. Hakemulder, founder of the Intercultural Open University Foundation met with Dutch, German, and English professors at Bosk House <ref>[http://www.worldwide.edu/ci/netherlands/schools/35050.html]</ref>{{fv}} in the city of [[Opeinde]] in the Netherlands.
