vertex-first perspective

[edit]

It seems to me that a vertex-first perspective will project that vertex to infinity, so it ought to be drawn instead with edges that reach out to infinity.

I suppose it depends on the point of perspective, so this view is draw with the view point outside the centered-vertex rather than ON it.
