English: Wasya dyo is said to be manifestation of god bhairava. Once the god came to view the dance of naradevi. He liked the dance and decided to stay longer and hence took a form of a great tree which is now worshipped. This shrine existed since the lichchavi era from 2nd to 8th century.It is said that if any dental problems happen then people offer rice with betel nuts in clay bowl and they nail a coin in the trunk. People worships the shrine because they believe that if they nail a coin, dental problems will be solved.
