Summary

[edit]

With the blessing of series creator Joe Bob Briggs, the goal of this image is to serve as the logo on the "The Last Drive-in with Joe Bob Briggs" show page. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the series, a subject of public interest. The significance of the logo is to help the reader identify the organization, assure the readers that they have reached the right article containing critical commentary about the organization, and illustrate the organization's intended branding message in a way that words alone could not convey.

Examining the policy on "Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria" page, here are the following reasons for the use of this image:

1) There is not a free version of this logo available for public use 2) The logo is typically used at the start of each episode or special, which this page is not a substitute for in any way 3) Only this title card is needed to serve as the logo for the series, and it has been resized to be the standard size of Wikipedia TV show images 4) This title card can be found at the start of every episode on Shudder and can be seen in promo as well 5) The image is in similar standing to other title cards used on Wikipedia 6) Fair use/non-free 7) This image will at least be used in the "The Last Drive-in with Joe Bob Briggs" page 8) With out this image the show could even be confused with its counterpart, MonsterVision, which has much of the same format and even currently hosts information about this show
