Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.7, stema comunei Şura Mică se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în bară. În partea dreaptă, în câmp albastru, se află o roată dinţată de argint. În partea stângă, în câmp roşu, se află cornul abundenţei de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate. Roata dinţată reprezintă activitatea industrială din localitate şi principală resursă de dezvoltare. Cornul abundenţei simbolizează agricultura, ca fiind una dintre ocupaţiile de bază ale locuitorilor. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
