Description
English: SS-Gruppenführer and Lieutenant General of the Waffen-SS Artur Phleps as commander of the 7th SS Volunteer Mountain Division Prinz Eugen. On the left of him with binoculars August Schmidhuber, the later SS-Brigadeführer and Major General of the Waffen-SS commander of the 21st Waffen Mountain Division of the SS Skanderbeg as well as the last commander of the Prinz Eugen.
