It is recommended to name the SVG file “Pavlínov vlajka.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.

Čeština: Vlajka obce Pavlínov: List tvoří pět vodorovných pruhů, černý, bílý, červený, bílý a zelený v poměru 1 : 4 : 10 : 4 : 1. V červeném pruhu u žerdi bílá holubice se žlutou zbrojí prostřelená zespodu šikmo žlutým šípem. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
