English: Old Homepride advertisement, Newmarket Road. THE HOME BAKER IS THE HOMEMAKER is the catch line at the bottom, and there are some illegible words in the middle, perhaps IS THE BEST (or FINEST?) FLOUR. It may date from the time when the 746949 next door was a grocer's shop, and almost certainly pre-dates Homepride's Flour-graders which appeared in 1965. It is certainly nothing to do with McDonald's!
