Summary
[edit]Nineveh. Nebi Yunus. Iraqi archaeologists excavate the monumental entrance to a late Assyrian building. A large polylithic bull-man sculpture is at left. Very large orthostats line passageways near center and right. Polylithic bull-man sculptures (seemingly unfinished) are at right. Mosque of Nebi Yunus is behind.
