According to an [obituary http://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/cgi-bin/paperspast?a=d&cl=search&d=CHP19090415.2.32.6] published in The Press (Christchurch), 15 April 1909, Page 7, Sleigh died in February 1909. If he held the copyright it is now in the public domain.
