Description
English: Shown here are the remains of the Nabu Temple in the ancient city of Calah, now known as Nimrud, Iraq, Nov. 19, 2008. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is considering protecting Nimrud as a World Heritage site.
