English: .S. Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, center right, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, visits with employees at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine, July 8, 2013. The group is standing in front of the conning tower of the USS Sailfish (SS-192) (originally the USS Squalus), which stands at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery as a memorial to her lost crewmen.
