Summary

Description Lot 9609-32: Royal Navy (British) during the First World War. Royal Navy dreadnought battleship, HMS Iron Duke, followed by USS New York (BB 34) at Scapa Flow, probably during the surrender of the German Fleet in November 1918. Collection was transferred from a British government source in 1920 to the Library of Congress. (9/18/2015).
