To expand the fair use rationale of this logo image in line with suggested guidelines:

1. The image is of low resolution and completely unsuitable for commercial copying or any other commercial use.
2. There is no free image available for substitution as the television station logo.
3. The image does not contain any actual video footage from the television station, but only the call letters as identification.
