Description
English: The new IYLO tower block under construction in Croydon, London, England. Seen from grid reference TQ 3236 6640 in Wellesley Road looking NNE. The developers are, for some reason, keen to stress that it is an 100% private residential development. On the left the Croydon transmitter can just be made out in the distance.
