This is the logo for Pittsburgh. Further details: The Great Seal of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While the seal itself has a description dating back to at least 1845, this SVG rendering is only seen on their website recently (older rendering was still in use on their website in 2016, maybe later). To play it safe, I am uploading the SVG to Wikipedia instead of Commons, but if someone else can find a proof that the seal SVG falls in public domain, feel free to transfer the file to Commons. |
