Illegal under state law, with exceptions for rape, life and sometimes maternal health or fetal defects, but police report not required for rape exemption and abortion-providers are not prosecuted, due to legality under federal law
Legal during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy (sometimes worded as before the 13th week); equivalent to 15 weeks gestational age in the US
Legal for economic reasons (incl. mother already has 3 children) |
